Ba Ga Da Go (Luke)

Luke can’t talk, walk, or think sophisticatedly, so I have been asked to interpret his goo’s and gaa’s into full fledged sentences. When I asked Luke what he thought about our trip so far, he responded by saying “I like it because the palm trees in Hawaii look really cool.” Which was originally lots of loving stares at the palm trees on the beach, and many ah’s. He also enjoys swimming, which he tried for the first time. Actually, the enjoyed was just a guess based on the wah wah’s he made while in the pool:-) Also, Luke does not like taxis. He has screamed and cried every single time we have been in one. On the plane, there was another baby that was 18 months. He immediately fell for her, and stopped crying, when ever she would tottle over. He showed his great love for her by trying to eat her, repeatedly, until he realized that she didn’t taste great. The baby girl, Mia, kept coming back and saying “Baby, baby” repeatedly, that sounded like “Puppy” until her parents specified. That is practically all Luke has been doing. And I really hope that I interpreted him correctly, and I truly apologize to Luke, if I didn’t.

  1. Ahh!! Soo cute! You must’ve been very in love with Mia, because, babies usually don’t fall in love, so that must’ve been a very romantic moment for u!!
